Pharmacological action

Panthenol - a drug that improves tissue regeneration, for external use. The active substance of the drug - dexpanthenol - passes into pantothenic acid, which, as an integral part of coenzyme A, plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation, is involved in carbohydrate, fat metabolism and in the synthesis of acetylcholine. It has some anti-inflammatory effect. Significantly reduces mechanical irritation of the affected area of ​​the skin. Dexpanthenol penetrates well into the affected tissue. The use of the drug is especially indicated for poorly healing wounds and ulcers.

Indications

- all types of skin wounds (including abrasions, burns, aseptic postoperative wounds, poorly healing skin grafts, trophic ulcers, skin cracks)

- bullous and vesicular dermatitis

Dosage and Administration
