Enterosgel has a porous structure of an organosilicon matrix (molecular sponge) of a hydrophobic nature, which is characterized by a sorption effect with respect to only molecular toxic toxic metabolites (m.m. from 70 to 1000).

Pharmacodynamics

Enterosgel has pronounced sorption and detoxification properties. Enterosgel is used in adults and children as a detoxifying agent:

Dosing regimen for different age groups

In severe intoxications during the first three days, the dose of the drug can be increased by 2 times.
